Who we are
GEO Forge AI provides SEO, AEO and GEO audit and consultancy services and operates as a UK sole-trader business.

Information we collect
Depending on your interaction with GEO Forge AI, we may process:
- your name, business name and contact details;
- information submitted through contact, audit, lead or enquiry forms;
- website and business information supplied for an audit or service;
- communications concerning an enquiry or service;
- technical and security information generated through normal website and server operation.
How and why we use information
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, provide requested services, perform audits, administer the business, maintain website and system security and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances, processing may rely on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where appropriate.
Cookies, logs and analytics
Technical storage, server logs or essential cookies may be used where necessary for operation and security. This policy does not claim use of a particular analytics or advertising provider unless that provider is actually implemented. The policy will be updated where material tracking or analytics technologies are introduced.
Service providers
GEO Forge AI may use infrastructure, communications, payment or technology providers where genuinely necessary to deliver its services. Information is shared only where reasonably required for those purposes or where required by law.
Google OAuth and Google user data
Where you authorise a Google integration, access is granted through Google's OAuth authorisation process. GEO Forge AI only accesses Google data covered by the permissions and scopes explicitly presented during Google's consent process.
GEO Forge AI does not collect your Google password. Authorisation tokens used by an integration are stored with restricted access and are used only for the authorised integration. Access can be revoked through your Google Account settings.
Google-derived user data obtained through an authorised integration is not sold.
The current BEOS YouTube integration initially requests read-only YouTube access. YouTube upload permission is not currently requested.
Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, responding to enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes and complying with applicable obligations.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
International processing
Some technology or infrastructure providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where applicable, appropriate protections required by UK data-protection law should apply to that processing.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
