Terms of Service
These terms apply to SEO, AEO, GEO audit, consultancy and related services provided by GEO Forge AI, operating as a UK sole-trader business.
Services
The scope of work will be determined by the relevant service description, quotation, order or other written agreement. Services may include technical, content, SEO, answer-engine and generative-search analysis and recommendations.
Quotations, orders and payment
Prices, payment timing and work included are those stated in the applicable quotation, order or service description. Any specific written commercial terms agreed for an engagement form part of that engagement.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for supplying accurate information and any access, permissions, content and decisions reasonably required to provide the agreed service.
No guaranteed rankings or commercial outcomes
Search engines, answer engines, AI systems and third-party platforms are outside GEO Forge AI's control. GEO Forge AI therefore does not guarantee a particular search ranking, indexing result, traffic level, lead volume, revenue outcome or other commercial result.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before an engagement. Rights concerning work specifically created for a customer are governed by the applicable quotation, order or written agreement. Third-party rights cannot be transferred where GEO Forge AI does not have authority to transfer them.
Acceptable use
Services must not be used for unlawful activity, deception, unauthorised access, infringement of third-party rights or activity requiring GEO Forge AI to breach applicable law.
Confidentiality
Reasonable steps will be taken to protect non-public business information supplied for an engagement and to use it only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed service, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Service availability
Reasonable efforts are made to provide services reliably. Continuous availability of websites, APIs, search engines, AI systems and other third-party services cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the particular service, the stage of work, applicable quotation or order terms and any rights provided by law. These website terms do not create or replace service-specific cancellation or refund arrangements. Please contact GEO Forge AI before ordering if you need clarification for a particular service.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, GEO Forge AI is not responsible for losses caused by matters outside reasonable control, including changes made by search engines or third-party platforms.
Any additional limitation or allocation of liability applying to a particular commercial engagement should be stated in its quotation, order or written agreement and remains subject to applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
